IRW 2001 - Friday 24th August, Largs

With everyone (except Richard and Tony who had just arrived) completely worn out from the previous day's exertion, we decided to give HPR a miss and concentrate on some model flying.

After the days flying the NSRG flet a bit peckish. There was a barbacue organised by the Kelburn restraunt, but £10 for sausage and burgers seemed a bit steep to our Yorkshire pockets (The definition of a Yorkshireman is "a Scotsman, but without the generous nature" :-)). We decided to save our barbecue appetites for Sunday and headed off to a (not so nearby) pub.
